$750 / 2br - Looking for a good roommate! Living in Luxury (Champaign)

!!!~`~Looking for a clean and respectful roommate to move in to my home on May 1st.
I am a 35yo male working professional (PhD Scientist), fairly introverted & nerdy, queer, vegetarian, sober/non-smoker, very into bicycles, looking for similar.
OK if you use occasional THC outside or drink socially, but no major party types.
I have a dog (~50lb 8yo AmStaff Mix, very loving) - so must be OK with dogs.
Would consider allowing one dog if they get along, no cats.
