Looking for a female graduate student /post doc /mature adult roommate, for a 570$ room in a share house for Fall 2024-Summer 2025 year, starting August 15 2024-August 15 2025
It is a 4-bedroom 2 bath house located in historic west Urbana only a five-minute walk from campus (two blocks from Cafe Paradiso), and three blocks away from Carle park.
The room is located upstairs, along with two other bedrooms, and comes with a desk, side table, and a twin mattress with a bed frame if needed.
The other three rooms are occupied by UIUC graduate students.
The house has hardwood floors, central air, in-house laundry, a large screened-in front porch, and is fully furnished in the shared spaces.
Utilities are split evenly among roommates.
The house has central air and heating.
We also have an adorable pup named Aspen who is super friendly! The rent is $570 per month not including utilities and the lease starts at the beginning of the school year, August 15th and extends until August 15th, 2025.
If you would like to move in earlier (as early as June), please let us know so we can see if it's possible.
No other pets are allowed and interested parties must be respectful of noise in shared areas.
The house has a mature yet chill vibe and we're all relatively social, but love relaxing and mellow vibes.
