I see this Co-op living space is looking for new members.
Do not apply for a room .
My co-worker lives at this co-op.
She has nothing nice to say other than it's walking distance from where we work.
She tells me the house has had multiple leaks, the kitchen floor is rotting, people have been stocked at this co-op, there is a history of people stealing from others bank account.
That's just the half of all the issues.
