Current tenants are mostly from LATAM.
This is a non-profit graduate student house.
People allowed to live in the house are graduate students, postdocs, professors and visiting scholars at UIUC.
Female and male are both welcome.
We share the utilities that may range from 50 (summer) to 105 (winter) $ per month.
They include 1GB internet, electricity, gas, trash, water, detergent for laundry, towel papers, toilet papers, hand soap.
The laundry and the dryer are coin-free and located in the basement.
We have a big TV in the living room.
Every person living in the house is required to do one cleaning of some common area once a week.
No pets allowed.
We require a deposit of $500.
