Our focus is on longer term rentals as well as small-quiet businesses.
If you are quiet, respectful, clean, and looking for a safe, clean, peaceful, and secured place to live or work…you just found it.
This place is not for everyone.
If you are loud, tend to be negative, want to have lots of visitors, have trouble getting along with others, don’t clean up after yourself, don’t appreciate house rules, don’t enjoy privacy and security, then this wouldn’t be for you.
The Inn is locked 24/7, with 24/7 exterior and common area camera monitoring and motion/light sensors.
Your room is your private space.

All utilities are included which also includes cable and high speed/secured internet as well as expanded cable.
Each room is furnished and private.

some rooms have a shared bathroom and some rooms have a private bathroom, guests have access to a shared kitchen and laundry.
We also have a shared garden as well as a table near the shared kitchen where guests can share things with others.
All rates are for single occupancy.
The property is gated and secured with plenty of parking.
Each guest will have a remote control or code for gate access.
All guests are given codes to the pedestrian gates.
There is no smoking inside the building but we have plenty of outdoor space where you are welcome to relax and enjoy the beautiful setting.
To live at the Inn, one must be quiet, respectful, considerate of others, clean, and have a clear criminal history or a reasonable explanation of any issues.
While we do not require a lease but we do have a rental agreement that must be followed.

If you are or know of a massage therapist who is in need of a therapy space, we would love to explore the option of having a therapist back at the Inn.
Ours retired several years ago and has been greatly missed.
