I own my own house and have a room for rent.
It's a 4 bedroom house, the room for rent is the biggest room.
This is a queer friendly house as I'm queer and most of the people I have over are queer.
I have a 6 year old son that is here half the time, I have 50/50 custody.
Rent includes all utilities (water, trash, internet, electricity) I also have live music shows in my basement so you'll need to be OK with shows on Friday and Saturday night everyother weekend so up to 4 shows a month.
