Position Summary:
The Windsor Leasing Manager is responsible for directing leasing and marketing operations.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1-3 years in a Related Field including working with seniors and/or apartment leasing
1-3 years of experience in and/or working knowledge of senior living communities
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Knowledgeable of issues facing retirement communities
Fair housing standards
Legalities related to lease agreements and customer service standards.
Essential Functions:
Works with the marketing and public relations departments
Works on marketing plans, advertising campaigns, media opportunities, social media, and marketing collateral
Analyzies effectiveness in promoting occupancy
Performs all sales and leasing activities
Achieves revenue and occupancy goal
Follows up on all inquiries, managing prospects, and conducting tours
Develops budget recommendations and monitors budget activities
Works with the accounting department on waitlist deposits and security deposit refunds
Produces reports showing sales and move-in activities
Maintains client management software
Tracks apartment availability, record inquiry, leasing activities, and manage resident and prospect data
Performs public speaking engagements and represents Windsor at community functions.
Prepares and executes lease agreements
Collaborates with the facilities department to ensure apartments are ready for move-ins according to quality standards
Maintains working knowledge of fair housing standards, Assisted Living and Memory Care regulations
Mantains working knowledge of long term care insurance and veteran's benefits
Establishes and fosters robust referral relationships
Connects with referral sources regularly including attending community and networking events
Manage social media accounts, posting regularly and complying with brand standards
Supervises Business Office Coordinator
