Job Description: Part Time Leasing Consultant - NCP Location: Champaign, IL, 61820 Skills Required: Leasing consultant experience Job Summary: The Part Time Leasing Consultant will be responsible for leasing apartments and providing excellent customer service to potential and current residents.
The consultant will work closely with the property manager to ensure that all leasing goals are met.
Responsibilities: Greet potential residents and provide tours of the property Answer phone calls and emails from potential and current residents Process lease applications and renewals Assist with move-in and move-out procedures Maintain accurate records of leasing activity Assist with marketing efforts to attract new residents Provide excellent customer service to all residents Qualifications: Leasing consultant experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
