Our business is built on HIGH-QUALITY: High-Quality Service & High-Quality Media and we are looking for another high-quality creative to join our team! Real Estate Photographers have the most fun and least amount of stress in the entire real estate industry! If you are interested in Real Estate, Photography - or both - this position is right for you! Although *Photography experience is* *required*, _Real Estate photography_ experience is not required *JOB POSITION:* We are looking to add 1 or 2 Real Estate Photographers to our team to prepare for the upcoming busy season! Real Estate Photographers are dispatched to each job where they will complete a pre-assigned task list.
They arrive, greet the homeowner, shoot, upload, and repeat.
Real Estate Photographers are supported by illini360 Admin Team.
The position has flexible hours and the opportunity to increase your photography and media experience.
This fast-paced role earning potential can increase by perfecting your craft and increasing availability for scheduling.
Being creative is key! Real Estate Photographers can capture up to 6 properties a day.
Each property may take between 40-70 minutes to capture.
Real Estate Photographers are hired as part-time independent contractors, paid on a per-service basis (photos, video, floor plans, aerials, etc.
) and paid additional compensation for extended travel outside of Champaign-Urbana.
Real Estate Photographers are responsible for capturing and uploading media, while illini360 Media Admin Team takes care of the rest! *EXPERIENCE:* We are looking for *experienced* photographers, videographers and certified part 107 _licensed_ drone pilots.
Although *Photography experience is* *required*, _Real Estate photography_ experience is not required, each Real Estate Photographer will be fully trained on all products offered by illini360 Media.
*OTHER REQUIREMENTS:* Our goal is to establish a local close-knit team of media professionals that can be deployed quickly to serve our amazing real estate clients.
*In addition to having the right equipment, you must:* * Have a flexible schedule * Be able to professionally interact with our clients and homeowners (Can’t be shy!) * Be able to arrive on time consistently to scheduled shoots in various locations * Be able to dress professionally while on the job * Be able to upload media before 6:30PM (day of the shoot) * Keep a Google calendar with your availability up to date * Drive to each job within Champaign-Urbana area every work day * Follow illini360 Media shoot flow and standards consistently providing a high-quality product * Communicate effectively with the client throughout the shoot * Communicate regularly with illini360 Media Admin Team and clients via email, text message, and phone * Be licensed or able to study/test to obtain Part 107 certification (to fly a drone commercially)\* if applicable * Be able to receive regular feedback/training pertaining to illini360 Media standards of quality and professionalism * Be able to pass a background check *EQUIPMENT LIST:* The Real Estate Photographers position *requires the full equipment list* below to complete photography shoots.
All other equipment needed for illini360 product offerings will be supplied: * Digital SLR (or mirrorless) camera and a Wide Angle Lens such as: * APS-C (cropped) sensor camera with a 10-24mm Lens OR * Full Frame sensor camera with 16-35mm Lens * Tripod and ball head attachment * Reliable transportation with valid drivers license * High-Speed Internet * Smart phone with wide angle lens (like Iphone 10 and above) Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
