We are looking to add an exceptional, high energy, positive, and detail oriented leasing agent to our team.
We have a full time position available.
The primary duties will include, but will not be limited to; answering phones, scheduling, showing rental properties, processing applications, signing leases, filing, etc.
Requirements:
-You must be at least 18 years old
-Have a valid drivers license
-Have your own reliable & insured vehicle
-Pass the State of Illinois Leasing Agent exam within 120 days of employment.
The full time position hours are Monday-Friday, 8:45am-4pm.
No experience is required but office and/or sales experience is a plus.
We are willing to train the right candidate.
