We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Property Manager/Director of Tenant Communications.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties and ensuring effective communication with tenants.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for creating positive experiences.

\*\*Property Management:\*\*
- Manage and oversee tenant communications, leasing, and overall operations of assigned properties.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Address and resolve tenant concerns and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
2.
\*\*Tenant Communications:\*\*
- Develop and implement communication strategies to foster positive relationships with tenants.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
- Be responsive and attentive to tenant needs.
3.
\*\*Leasing and Occupancy:\*\*
- Oversee the leasing process, including advertising, showing properties, screening applicants, and lease negotiations.
- Collaborate with Head Property Manager to ensure marketing is quality and effective.
- Monitor occupancy rates and implement strategies to maximize property utilization.
4.
\*\*Financial Management:\*\*
- Assist in the development of market rents.
- Assist in the development of property analysis for property owners.
- Monitor rent collection and address delinquent accounts in collaboration with accounting teams.
5.
\*\*Legal Compliance:\*\*
- Stay informed about local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations.
- Ensure properties are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
*\*\*Qualifications:\*\**
- Experience in customer service, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven experience in property management, with a focus on tenant communications is helpful, but not necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
