Job Description
First Illinois Title Group LLC is looking for an experienced Real Estate Closing to handle all types of real estate closings including farm land, residential, and commercial properties.
Duties would include closing real estate transactions, typing commitments and policies, working with customers, working with the attorneys, and general office duties and management.
An ideal candidate will be able to work independently to complete transactions and collaboratively with the attorney on staff to resolve title-related issues.
Pay based on experience.
You will be expected to perform the following:
* Performs title examination and examines the chain of title for a wide range of title orders
* Complete calculations for closing documents
* Identify most issues such as missing information, incomplete, inaccurate or contradictory information contained in the title documentation
* Prepares initial title commitment documentation based on the application of procedural guidelines
* Work with various institutions, including banks and government bodies, to complete transactions
Desired Skills and Experience
* 2+ years experience working at a Title Insurance Company
* Ability to quickly verify data accuracy
* Customer service oriented - strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.
