CU Property Management is looking for a motivated, hardworking, trustworthy and loyal person to join our team! We will teach you everything I know, and we offer reimbursement for real estate related education.
I need someone who understands this is a growth position.
This job will require a lot of commitment and hard work! You daily responsibilities will include:
· Answering emails
· Answering and routing phone calls
· Scheduling appointments
· Using Docusign
· Customer service
· New client prospecting
· Gift management
· Transaction coordination and support
· Property management support
· Preparing leases
· Collecting rent
· Property management software management (Buildium)
· Tenant management
· Maintenance management
· Digital file management
· Coordinating Executive Schedules
· Posting to social media accounts
· Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
· Helping prepare for meetings.
· Greeting visitors
Education:
· High School Diploma
· Associates or greater preferred.
· Willingness to become a licensed real estate agent and or leasing agent.

· Knowledge of Apple products and OS operating system
· In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
· Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
· Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
