*EEG Management *is expanding in the *Urbana, IL* area and is seeking talented Property Management professionals as we acquire new properties in our portfolio.
*KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:* * Property Management experience in a multi-family apartment home type setting.
* Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to multitask and run property operations independently * Must be organized, professional, friendly, enthusiastic and motivating * Proficient in operating and maintaining office equipment * Technology proficient abilities preferred * Previous experience with property management software is preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.
00 - $52,000.
