Re-Make Plastic Part? (Champaign)

Can you duplicate this clear plastic taillight back-up lens? I was told that 3-D printing won’t work because it may not be waterproof.
I am looking for availability and price for 3 or more.
Maybe several if it works better for both of us.
The lens is approximately 2-1/4” tall and 8-1/2” wide.
It’s smooth on the outside and textured on the inside.
For a 2002 Camaro.
