Trigo Global Quality Solutions is seeking a MRC Systems Assistant/Coordinator in Decatur, IL.
Overall Purpose
The Materials Review Committee (MRC) Systems Assistant works with the Systems Administrator in supporting and maintaining all information systems used by the MRC and materials disposition process.
The MRC Systems Assistant supports the corporation's business activities, while maintaining the highest standards of customer quality and company performance.

Responsibilities
(To include but not limited to the following)
Client Relationship & Business Development
Act as an impartial third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure the product meets set criteria
Operations
• Track and record costs of poor quality (COPQ)
• Create and maintain databases and queries
• Create and maintain process documentation
• Perform data mining and analysis to focus the company's quality efforts
• Record the disposition of materials into the web quality system database
• Attend the customer's MRC meetings and record and/or distribute meeting minutes
• Verify the identity, quantity and disposition of materials entering and exiting containment areas
• Retrieve suspect materials from inventory locations
• Utilize customer inventory- and quality systems
• Ensure accurate, reliable, and timely results in analysis, defining metrics, and reporting
• Other duties as assigned
