We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team at our facility located in Champaign, IL, 61821.
As an Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in our industrial setting.

Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in an industrial environment.
Inspect electrical systems, components, and equipment to identify hazards, defects, or malfunctions.
Diagnose electrical problems using various testing devices and repair or replace faulty components as needed.
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure their reliability and longevity.
Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the layout and installation of electrical systems.
Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Keep accurate records of electrical maintenance and repairs performed.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to industrial electrical systems.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or similar role.
Valid electrician license or certification.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and equipment used in an industrial setting.
Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
