*Listing Manager*
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Listing Manager to join our real estate team! The Listing Manager will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our sellers from the initial consultation through the closing of their property.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Consult with sellers and listing agents on all aspects of preparing their property for listing, including property photos, cleaning, signage, lockbox, access requirements, and marketing activities.
* Coordinate with the marketing team to produce engaging marketing materials.
* Take and edit listing photos and videos to ensure they showcase the property in the best possible light.
* Coordinate with other photographers and videographers to schedule photo and video shoots as needed.
* Organize and coordinate all public open houses and broker open houses.
* Ensure that open houses are well-promoted and effectively attract potential buyers.
* Input listing information into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and marketing websites.
* Keep listing information up-to-date and accurate throughout the listing period.
* Provide high-touch support to sellers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
* Assist the listing agent and team members with various tasks related to listing management and client service.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in real estate or a related field preferred but not required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Creative mindset with an eye for design and marketing.
* Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
* A valid driver’s license.
* Must be able to pass a background check.
