We’re looking for innovative and talented Content Creators who can work alongside our team to develop engaging content for our clients on Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.
You will be responsible for creating new assets for our team around the Champaign, Arthur, Arcola area to post on behalf of our clients.
This will include shooting some of your own photography and video content designed specifically for TikTok and Instagram Stories, Ads and Reels.
As a small business, each team member is a vital component and directly impacts the success of the companies that trust in us to be an extension to their public relations and marketing departments.

Responsibilities:
* Excellent time management skills.
* Brainstorm campaign and content ideas.
* Create, schedule, update all social media posts.
* Use analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns.
* Research industry innovations and tools.
* Update posts to include relevant keywords and hashtags for search engine optimization.
* Prepare reports on campaigns based on analytics.
* Take pictures & craft into content.
*Ideal Requirements:*
* Familiarity with putting together social media reels
* Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, Pinterest, etc.
* Excellent communication and proofreading skillsEagerness to learn
* Excellent time management skills
* Prior experience in marketing or social media required
* Adaptable to fill in where and when needed; working as a team player
* Ability to communicate, persuade and make effective sales and marketing materials
