SALES ASSOCIATE ENTRY LEVEL!
We’re looking for a Sales Associate in our Bloomington headquarters.
The ideal candidate is a hard-working, self-motivated team player who loves talking to and building relationships with customers, and has a passion for helping others, learning, and personal growth.
If you have a background in sports, business, restaurant, hospitality, or sales, this position is for you!
Our team trains in skills such as time management, communications, public speaking, leadership, problem solving, teamwork, creativity, and attention to detail.
Advancement opportunities range from management, team leaders, human resources, trainer, finance, marketing, and client success managers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Warmly greet customers, assess their needs and provide exceptional service
Work as a sales associate, full time
Effectively educate customers on our client’s services and upsell when needed
Diligently follow-up on all customer issues and requests
Upsell and cross sell products and services to customers
Successfully reach sales targets and meet in-store sales goals
Help build new business while maintaining great client relationships
Work cross-functionally with team members to support all in-office operations
Please note: this is an inside sales position
REQUIREMENTS:
A positive, professional attitude
A willingness to jump in and help out wherever needed
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
At least 2+ years sales, marketing, retail, or customer service experience
Prior sales associate experience is a plus
Able to work full time
