Senior Leasing Consultant

JSM Living is a leading property management company dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents currently seeking a full time Senior Leasing Consultant to join our Leasing team.
We are looking for a candidate who is driven by sales goals, comfortable working amongst a team, and has experience providing exceptional customer service.
The Senior Leasing Consultant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily residential leasing functions.
This position requires a customer-centric approach, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional customer service to residents and visitors Execute daily leasing activities such as responding to leads, conducting property tours, following up with prospects, and generating lease paperwork Manage parking lease activities, including record-keeping, providing availability information, and generating parking lease paperwork Coordinate key, fob, and garage remote management, ensuring accurate record-keeping and coordination with relevant teams.
Train new residential staff on operating procedures to ensure a seamless onboarding process Assist in supervising part-time staff by providing mentorship, delegating tasks, and leading by example Prepare marketing materials and assist in resident event planning and execution Work closely with other departments to support company and leasing goals Collaborate with the marketing department to create social media and marketing content Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of relevant office administration, property management, customer service and/or sales experience A valid driver's license is required This position works periodic Saturday shifts to support our business needs.
Saturday availability is a requirement.
