We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help us continue to support the company’s growth and reputation.
What you’ll do
The Marketing Manager will assist the Director of Marketing & Sales with the planning and execution of various marketing initiatives from idea to execution to ensure the organization’s message is clearly defined and distributed across all channels.
The essential functions of this position are listed below:
Develop and coordinate JSM marketing efforts to build brand awareness through various channels
Manage the scheduling and execution of photography and videography of JSM properties, including managing part-time stagehands and staging inventory
Manage the audit and update process to ensure consistent representation of each property across digital and print marketing platforms
Assist with implementing and monitoring paid digital advertising
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support leasing efforts and resident events
Identify direct and indirect market competitors and compile current data regarding their offerings
Design and oversee all marketing materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, email newsletters, print collateral, advertisements, and presentations
Manage the company’s online presence including website, social media, and email campaigns
Manage the company’s digital community platform, including updating the community feed and monitoring feedback
Coordinate and distribute promotional and collateral inventory
Manage the company VIP program and its marketing to VIP cardholders
Represent the company in applicable community organizations, events, and committees
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
5 years of professional marketing experience with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software
Valid driver's license
