is seeking an energetic Brand Ambassador/Sales Associate to embody our brands and propel our products forward.
This role demands excellent social skills, a deep understanding of the cannabis industry, and a strong work ethic.
Flexibility and reliable transportation are must-haves, as our pop-up events will be scattered across the state, and you'll manage your own shifts.
As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be stationed at dispensaries and events to educate customers and budtenders about our brands and products.
Typically, events run for 2-3 hours, sometimes longer.
It's essential for the Brand Ambassador to spot growth opportunities at dispensaries and steer conversations toward interest in PTS brands and products.
This role entails representing our cannabis brand, contributing to our market share growth goals, and engaging with dispensary agents to be a reliable source of product information.
You'll collaborate closely with a dedicated Field Sales Representative, facilitating events like pop-ups to boost product sales.
Together, you'll strategize plans to support our brand objectives and enhance brand awareness in the Michigan market.
Additionally, you'll engage with dispensary agents and customers to provide product information and educate them about our mission, vision, and values.
You'll ensure effective display of marketing collateral to promote brand awareness and support the Marketing team's efforts in various engagements and events.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Support Field Sales Representatives by delivering SWAG and gifts-with-purchase to dispensaries, installing marketing materials, and ensuring compliance with marketing guidelines.
* Build rapport and trust with dispensary management and agents, gathering product feedback and offering training opportunities.
* Represent PTS at cannabis and non-cannabis events, assisting with setup and staffing as needed.
* Adhere to company policies, including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
*Qualifications:*
* 3+ years' experience in cannabis, pharmaceutical, or consumer product goods marketing.
* Proven ability to build customer relationships and enhance brand awareness.
* Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Highly motivated with the ability to work independently or within teams.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Must have a personal vehicle and be willing to travel to dispensaries.
* Existing knowledge of the cannabis market preferred.
* Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent job-related experience.
* Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license.
