This position will support a multitude of Jimmy John’s Marketing Initiatives across our Go To Market and Local Marketing Brand Experience teams.
Collaborate with team members to help stand up LTO & SAO market tests, support National LTO, SAO and New Menu Item launches, and work alongside our Loyalty & Brand Activation Teams to surprise and delight our top fans with exciting and lovable merchandise giveaways.
In addition, this team member will be the primary manager of the day to day operations of our JJ Clothing & Merchandise Storefront in the CMI support center and ecommerce site.
Reports to Manager, Go To Market.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead day to day operations of the JJ Clothing Store in the CMI Support Center and ecommerce site
Fulfills orders, manages inbox and customer support, manages inventory intake, display and stock levels, supports the GTM Manager with new product R & D
Manage JJ Brand Print for user access, custom order approvals, catalog organization and inventory management
New Store Support – execute address verifications, maintain accurate records for Menu/POP kit needs, manage new store press releases
Execute ad hoc tasks to support GTM Manager & Director with NPD (Market Tests & National Launches of LTOs, SAOs, Menu Updates), Brand Activation, and Loyalty initiatives
Maintain up to date marketing displays in the CMI Support Center to support current initiatives (digital product imagery, marketing calendar, menu boards, LTO/SAO/new product imagery)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred: 4 Year Degree
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Communication
1 Year (Preferred)
Experience in retail, restaurant, or other service industry type of work preferred
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
Strong interest in learning, and the ability to pick up new concepts quickly
Strong communication skills
