We are looking for Licensed, Insurance Sales Producers who are ready to build strong relationships with our clients and help them protect their homes, autos, lives and retirement income to live a good life.
We have witnessed producers coming from mortgage, banking, finance, real estate, teaching, and other sales-related industries coming over to Insurance and easily becoming a top producer.
Our top producers have the ability to earn well over six figure incomes! We have opportunities for experienced and newly licensed, no experience candidates! We are dedicated to investing in and developing our staff.
We offer on-going, hands-on training and coaching every step of the way to give you the tools for a successful career! You will excel at this agency if you are coachable, results oriented, and enjoy educating people on the importance of having proper insurance coverage.
*Candidates must pass the state P&C exam prior to office employment starting date We have in office or remote options available.
Salary: $65000.
00 - $80000.

Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Hands on Training Responsibilities Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources Feel comfortable and confident in making 100+ calls per day to prospective clients Prospect for clients via the phone, internet, and in-person.
Develop referral partnerships with other business professionals.
Evaluate client needs and make professional recommendations.
Educate potential clients on the importance of having proper coverage Requirements MUST have a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License, or be willing to pass the state exam prior to start date MUST have a solid employment track record, and relatable sales experience Knowledge of a commissioned sales role and have the competitive desire to earn commissions by selling insurance policies MUST have experience working remotely and have a quiet, private, dedicated workstation set up for an office Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability showing up to work as scheduled, on time.
Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude Great self-starter with a sense of urgency Ability to create relationships from a cold start and able to handle customer rejection.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and coachable.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-through and follow-up.
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills Previous Captive Insurance Agency Experience preferred
