Tiger Services, voted one of the Best Places to Work in IL 7 years in a row, is currently looking for Sales Lead Generators to generate HVAC and water quality leads at Home Depot and in and around the Metro East, Bloomington, Peoria, Champaign, Jacksonville and Quincy areas.

Required Credentials:
A sales-driven, goal-oriented, self-motivated personality and a positive attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills.
Ability to walk the floor during working house to increase customer interaction
Willingness/ability to engage with customers within an in-store setting.
Some sales experience.
Willingness/ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
Tiger Services has a robust training program and will teach the right candidates how to be successful.
Due to our expansive growth, we are looking to hire qualified individuals immediately.
We offer hourly pay PLUS an excellent commission / bonus package.
Starting pay is $18 per hour + commission, and annual yearly compensation is based on performance.
