Enterprise Owner of the CRM platform (First Connect), who collaborates with executives, line of business leaders, sales professionals, IT, marketing team and others to develop a CRM strategy and roadmap to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
The CRM Manager will play an integral leadership role in growing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and provide functional expertise for large-scale implementations.
Responsible for prioritizing initiatives across lines of business (LOB), Executive and Board reporting, risk analysis, managing budgets, and resource allocation.
The position of CRM Manager demands extensive cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication skills, extensive project managerial and creative skills, and a process-focused aptitude.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Owns, develops, and leads execution of the CRM roadmap; responsible for user engagement and adoption.
Member of Relationship Management committee, governing committee for CRM
Working with LOB partners, develops, and oversees the plan to maintain the integrity of the information in the CRM, including a scalable change management plan.
Act as communication point between the functional and technical teams to ensure that world-class solutions are delivered to our customers.
Proactively identify opportunities to leverage D365 in innovative ways to improve existing business processes, increase productivity, and support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.
Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live support for end users and assisting with documentation as required.
Manages and plans the delivery of new updates, modifications, and the adoption of best practice policies.
Participates in user groups to learn and promote sales and relationship management best practices.
Manages and provides direction to the CRM Technical Administrator.
Champions initiatives to drive continuous system and/or process improvements that increase First Connect’s functionality, effectiveness, and efficiency.
Provides insights and trend analysis from the CRM and other data to provide input on proactive customer outreach and product placement.
Designs, creates, and produces sales and marketing reports for RM committee, EC, BOD, LOB leaders and other senior-level stakeholders as needed.
Works closely with system users to understand needs and foster user adoption.
Collaborates with the First Mid Training team and others to develop, update, and facilitate end-user training.
Constantly aware of the industry, internal and external forces that drive CRM requirements.
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
BS/BA in Marketing, Business Management, Finance, or equivalent.
5+ years of CRM or project management experience.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; especially with external and customer-facing sales and relationship teams
Industry experience and knowledge of the communities in which First Mid does or will do business.
Experienced in leading the delivery of or playing a key role in CRM implementations, managing projects from pre-sales to completion.
Knowledge of key business processes with ability to create vision for how they will be facilitated in the CRM system.
Knowledge of core D365, including understanding of all CRM functional areas.
