Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system - Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed - Answer customer inquiries and provide product information - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Basic knowledge of technology products is a plus - Proficiency in operating a POS system is preferred - Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus - Strong phone etiquette skills Required Availability: \*Please ensure you are available to work the following hours prior to submitting application\* Monday -10:00am - 6:30pm Tuesday: OFF Wednesday: 10:00am - 6:30pm Thursday: 10:00am - 6:30pm Friday: 10:00am - 6:30pm Saturday: 9am - 3pm Sunday: OFF This position offers competitive pay, paid holidays, 5 PTO days after 6 months employment and optional Illinois Secure Choice retirement account and quarterly commissions.
