Program Account Manager

*POSITION SUMMARY * Account Manager/ Program Manager provides internal and external support to maintain on time delivery and quality products for our customers while communicating and working through any manufacturing or engineering needs.
*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * · New product introduction and support · Handle technical manufacturing and customer issues · Maintain acceptable OTD and DPM with customer base · Conduct internal and external monthly business reviews · Direct workflow for CSRs and engineering · Support day to day issues with manufacturing, purchasing and quality · Review product quotes for pricing and labor · Support and facilitate customer onsite visits *POSITION QUALIFICATIONS * *Competency Statement(s) * · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Access, (would be helpful SQL data base reporting function) · Multitasking is necessary for the handling of special projects and customers at the same time · Understanding customer communication and dynamics · Strong sense of urgency · Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand and/or sit for long periods of time Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Experience level: * 2 years * 4 years Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Travel requirement: * No travel Application Question(s): * Are you located within 25 miles of Decatur Illinois?
