*Job Summary*
We are expanding our Sales team.
Looking for an energetic go-getter that is a driven individual with great customer service skills.
A person who can find enjoyment in making connections with customers to help assist in finding the right vehicle for their needs.
Our stout sales pay plan is based on monthly and quarterly sales performance.
If you are new at Sales, we will invest in training and developing your skills to make you successful with a salary plus a bonus structure.
*Responsibilities*
* Maintain customer records using automated systems.
* Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, or availability.
* Contact new or existing customers to discuss how specific products or services can meet their needs.
* Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers’ needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
* Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Assist in marketing efforts of the sales department.
* Complete required factory training.
* Maintain a valid driver’s license.
* Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, warranties, or other information pertaining to purchased products.
* Attend sales or trade meetings or read related publications to obtain information about market conditions, business trends, environmental regulations, or industry developments.
* Demonstrate the operation or use of product.
* Initiate sales campaigns to meet sales and production expectations.
* Other duties as assigned.
*Qualifications*
* Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
* Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
* Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve.
* Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.
* Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
* Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
