Oversee day to day account management of assigned client accounts.
Perform quality control and review applications, endorsements and policies for accuracy.
Deliver certificates of insurance in a timely and efficient fashion Maintain and update files in our account management system and troubleshoot billing or payment issues.
Correspond and maintain contact with advisors regarding new and renewal business.
Requirements Property & Casualty licensed required Excellent interpersonal and relationship building abilities Confident, self-starter who works well independently Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Strong oral and written communication skills Proven experience in an insurance commercial service role Willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable
