This is a full-time position, Tuesday - Saturday.
*Responsibilities and Duties*
* Welcoming guests into the dealership and build relationships with other riders
* Follow a structured, value-based sales process
* Find the Harley-Davidson motorcycle which fits the customer's needs
* Effectively use a CRM system
* Follow up with customers via phone and email
* Prospect for sales opportunities
* Meet or exceed realistic and achievable sales goals
* Participate in sales training and coaching
* Maintain an enthusiastic and pleasant attitude to complete customer satisfaction
*Qualifications and Skills*
* Sales experience is preferred, but not required
* Positive, driven, and helpful characteristics
* Outgoing and energetic 'people person' that is self-motivated and goal driven
* Strong communication skills
* Contribute to the success of the team
* Understand and execute outstanding customer service
* A love for motorcycles
* Valid motorcycle license or willingness to attain license
