Foot and Ankle Center of Illinois is seeking a motivated and energetic Medical Receptionist to join our team! This Full-Time position will be weekdays and provides both clinic and office time.
Candidate uses Reception skills, judgment and knowledge acquired through experience and continuing education programs, to perform a wide variety of patient care activities as well as business office functions delegated by and performed under the direction of a Physician.
Requires the ability to multi-task while providing outstanding patient care/service.
Requirements: Great phone personality! Medical Reception experience in scheduling appointments and receiving patients for clinical appointments, insurance verifications.
Experience in customer service is a bonus.
Experience with electronic medical record systems preferred.
Specifically Allscripts or Epic.
Point of sale experience with transactions systems and records also a big bonus.
Experience with indirect marketing and social media big plus.
Experience as a Medical Assistant also a big plus.
