This position requires the employee to be outside weather permitting to dance, shake, and smile with our Little Caesar's sign to drive traffic into our stores.
This position should be held by someone with a great attitude who likes to have fun! This is a part time position and perfect for young adults entering the workforce.
This position can be held by anyone 15 years of age or older and upon reaching 16 years of age, this position will automatically offer you the option to move indoors to the Crew Member position.
General duties: - Follow safety precautions while outside and near roads - Show enthusiasm and company pride - Have a great attitude and high energy - Be prepared to be working outdoors, extreme heat and extreme cold will result in either an indoor shift or your shift being cancelled for that day - Follow all safety and health guidelines (Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
) What we are looking for: - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but absolutely not required! - High energy and a great attitude - Strong communication skills - Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions This position starts at minimum wage as it is the entry-level position.
