*What you bring:*
* Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to work with clients, in-house designers, and developers.
You’re comfortable in person, on screen, on the phone, or IM.
You’re a communicator, first and foremost.
* The ability to translate technical issues, even to non-technical audiences.
* Experience managing development work on complex sites – you have working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and background using content management systems like WordPress or Drupal.
* Attention to detail – you have the ability to do QA as an important part of managing dev work.
* Able to seamlessly complete multiple tasks for multiple clients, accurately and on deadline.
* Effective team management capabilities that help teams to perform at their best.
* Plus: you’re decisive, manage time well, get things done, set and meet goals.
Making coffee will come in handy, too.
Gotta keep those developers caffeinated, after all!
