Retail Sales Consultant

The ideal candidate is an energetic, motivated, wellness-focused individual who has a deep understanding of retail sales processes.
*This position does have a commission pay structure.
* *Responsibilities* * Perform Wellness Consultations and help our prospects to purchase the correct products for their needs on the showroom floor, in the home, over the phone or at special events * Work with management to continually improve sales processes and performance * Participate in weekly sales meetings to discuss company goals, successes and strategies * Participate in weekly one-on-one meetings to review individual goals, performance and opportunities for improvement * Track performance metrics and report to management *Qualifications* * A passion for helping people to improve their lives with our wellness products * A proven track record of sales growth in a retail environment *About Backyard Leisure* * We are a family-owned company, established in 1998 * We are devoted to helping our customers achieve their wellness goals through aquatic therapy * We are growing both in same-store sales and with additional locations * We believe that our growth is achieved by providing exceptional shopping, purchase and ownership experiences Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25,000.
