Pets welcomed but need to be indoor
and good to be given a chance.
Work from home accepted or work schedule that doesn’t have you coming home after 10pm.
Utilities are split equally and fairly.
All amenities available to your discretion; kitchen, laundry, wifi and you will have you’re own parking space.
We can provide a fridge if needed but are welcomed to bring yours.
