Position Summary:
The Carle Auxiliary Gift Shop Associate serves the customers of the retail shops including open hours and weekends.
The position would be trained at all Auxiliary retail locations.
Assists the gift shop manager with duties assigned for those hours.
This position will be required to work every Friday (1:00pm-5:00pm) and Saturday (10:00am-5:00pm) with availability to work additional hours as needed.

Cash handling skills.
Essential Functions:
Assists in keeping displays neat and organized.
Assists in pricing items.
Closes register at designated times and completes deposit.
Fills phone orders and delivers merchandise to patients' rooms.

Greets customers, and determines their needs, and serves them accordingly.
Keeps sales floor neat and stocked.
Responsible for sales and situations that may arise in the absences of the shop manager.
Restocks merchandise daily.
