is looking for a Sales Store Supervisor learn the day-to-day operations and help grow a sales team.
The right candidate will have Supervisory experience and a strong Sales background.
As a store Supervisor, this individual will be responsible for leading a Sales team, meeting weekly/monthly goals, daily balancing of the store, defusing customer situations, and monitoring the store for a neat and clean store appearance.
Sales Store Supervisor Responsibilities: Being able to greet customers, answering questions, engaging customers with merchandise, and providing exceptional customer service Creating a solid Sales Team environment Organizing and maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the store floor Balancing the store daily Promote strategies to grow the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis Build employee relationships that promote an eagerness to be competitive with competitors delegate and teach tasks to the team to promote a shared workload for the Sales staff Conduct Weekly Sales meetings to achieve goals or to keep the team abreast of current Sales matters Attend Monthly Sales Supervisor Meetings Incorporate the Sales Division Manager when situations are necessary Sales Store Supervisor Qualifications: 3-5 years supervisory history Proven success in Sales Professional appearance Ability to lift 50lbs or more Personable and friendly attitude but not afraid to utilize a backbone Understanding of Sales principles and leading a team Valid Driver's License 3 professional references Benefits/Perks: Base pay & commissions 5 days paid vacation after 90-days Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401K profit sharing Flex Spending No Sundays This employment opportunity is available at the organization listed at the top of this page.
