They use “relationship selling” techniques through design consultations to maximize selling opportunities.

As a design consultant you will able to work with customers on selecting everything from flooring & backsplashes to furniture & accessories.
You will be able to truly transform your customers homes.

*Primary Responsibilities: *
* Greet customers in a timely, professional and personable manner
* Use product knowledge and selection to provide exceptional service to customers and build your sales
* Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest new merchandise, and remind them of upcoming events
* Assist in maintaining the appearance of the store in a neat and organized fashion.
* Represent Carpet Weaver's Flooring & Furniture Gallery to the customer with a high degree of professionalism and integrity, thereby assuring customer satisfaction.
*The minimum requirements are: *
* Must be 18 years or older
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Interior Design experience & interested is a plus
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* At least 1 year of retail experience
