The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager with daily store operations and creating outstanding customer experiences.
*Job Details*
*Pay:* $18.
00 per hour

*Hours:* 45 scheduled hours per week

*Areas of Responsibility: *
* Ensure the highest level of customer service
* Assist the General Manager in creating a customer-friendly environment
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or inquiries
* Manage shifts with prioritization based upon store needs and tasks as required
* Ensure conditions across the store exceed company standards
* Comply with all federal, state, and local laws, company policies and procedures
*Requirements & Qualifications:*
* Open availability to work opposite of store manager, which includes nights, weekends, holidays, and being on call as needed
* Reliable transportation in the form of a personal vehicle and a valid IL driver’s license
* Previous supervisory or management experience in retail, food or fuel is required
* Must be at least 21 years of age
* Outstanding interpersonal skills
* Exceptional customer service skills
