*Position Overview:*As a Retail Associate at Columbia St.
Roastery, you will be at the forefront of our coffee community, ensuring that each customer enjoys a delightful and personalized visit.
Your primary responsibility will be to create a welcoming atmosphere, assist customers in their coffee journey, and provide exceptional service with a smile.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
* Assist customers in selecting coffee products based on their preferences and needs.
* Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
* Package coffee according to our quality standards.
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
* Offer information about our coffee offerings, including origin, flavor profiles, and brewing methods.
* Ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
* Collaborate with the team to uphold a positive and inclusive work environment.
*Qualifications:* * Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
* A passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about it.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor.

* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
