*Andrae's Harley-Davidson* is currently seeking a *Motorcycle Parts & Service Associate* .
This is a great opportunity for a motivated, self starter looking for a career in the Harley-Davidson business.
This position is responsible for selling parts, accessories, and labor hours for Harley-Davidson motorcycles all while providing exceptional customer service at our family owned dealership in Urbana, IL.

Other job responsibilities include following the process to success, communicating with customers in person and on the phone , and continual education of product knowledge.
*Duties and Responsibilities*
* Welcoming guests into the dealership
* Present product features and benefits to customers
* Actively solicit suggestive selling for service related parts and accessories
* Handle customer communication regarding sales, returns, and special orders
* Multi-task in a fast paced environment
* Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of counters, displays, shelves, bins and customer contact areas
* Participate in training and coaching
*Qualifications and Requirements*
* Have a love of motorcycles and contribution to the success of the team
* Be an outgoing, energetic 'people person'
* Be self-motivated, positive, driven, and helpful
* Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
* Be able follow a structured sales process on value based selling
* Valid Motorcycle License Preferred
* Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.
00 - $50,000.
