JSM Living is a local property management company looking for a part-time Leasing Agent to support our Residential leasing operations.
This position sees a mix of working in the office and out in the field giving tours of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
Provide courteous and professional service to residents and visitors, including greeting them in the office, answering phone calls and emails, and booking tour appointments
Conduct daily leasing activities, such as responding to new leads, conducting property/unit tours for potential residents, following up with prospects, and generating lease paperwork
Prepare marketing materials for touring, move-in day materials for incoming residents, etc.
Assist with all Resident event activities, including planning, prep, and executing resident events
Drive company vehicles as needed for property tours and other job-related tasks; must have a valid driver's license.
Qualifications
A valid driver's license is required
At least 1 year of experience in office administration, property management, customer service, and/or sales
Must be able to work during the summer and on breaks when the University of Illinois is not in session
Required to work 2 Saturdays a month
Ideal candidates will be able to work 15-25 hours a week
Proven ability to prioritize tasks/deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Hourly wage will be based on prior experience.
