Male mixed bread puppy 9 months old (Lovington, IL)

Percy is a sweet friendly male puppy.
He has not been fixed and will need shots.
I don't know what breed he is but might be part jack russell.
He needs to have lots of attention and needs work on housebreaking.
It would be best for a no cat home.
He tries to play with them but gets too rough.
$50 rehoming fee.
