RACES (Rape Advocacy, Counseling & Education Services) seeks a therapist to join our therapy department and provide mental health therapy to survivors of sexual violence age 3 and up.
This position will conduct approximately 20 hours a week of individual or family therapy and facilitate therapy groups.
Qualifications:
* At least nine months of therapy experience with both adults and children.
* Excellent communication skills, ability to work with a diverse population, and a team-focused orientation.
* A master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
* Degree must be license eligible, but a license is not a requirement for this position.
* Experience with marginalized communities preferred.
Salary minimum $55,000 per year.
