Position Summary:
The Hospital Discharge Service Driver is responsible for transporting wheelchair bound patients in a wheelchair accessible van from medical facilities to locations within the region.
Assists in AMSEC when needed.

Two (2) years driving experience
Essential Functions:
Assists staff at medical facilities in moving patients into and out of wheelchairs
Transports wheelchair bound patients in a wheelchair accessible van from medical facilities to locations within the region.
Clean and keep wheeel chair vans in good working conditon.
Some on call time required
