Full-Time Contact Center Representative (Decatur, IL or Lafayette, IN)

*F/T Contact Center Representative (Decatur, IL or Lafayette, IN)* The Contact Center Representative is responsible for assisting our current and potential members in a variety of ways.
You will become knowledgeable about all the products and services we offer to help better serve and educate our members.
*Major Duties and Responsibilities* * Assist members both over the phone, through online banking, and through Live Chat * Become knowledgeable about all products and services we offer * Assist with Debit Card and Credit Card Question (Including fraud and dispute paperwork) * Assist with the online banking and mobile app (Including troubleshooting and tech support) * Process address changes * Complete Reports and projects to assist other departments * Assist the Contact Center Manager with a variety of projects * Other duties as assigned *Skills and Requirements* * Strong multi-tasking skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Strong organizational skills * Time management skills * Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and tact with member related matters *Additional Information* * Contact Center pays a higher wage scale over similar positions due to the advanced knowledge required * Contact Center hours are currently 8am-5pm CST * Positions could be located in Lafayette or Decatur Staley Credit Union offers a competitive salary and benefits package to include PTO days, medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K.
