CKS is currently in need of new *Blow Mold Process Technicians* to join the team in the Urbana, Illinois area for 2nd or 3rd shift.
We are a family-owned manufacturer of rigid plastic bottles and containers, headquartered in Atlanta looking to add on some additional Technicians with Blow Molding industry experience.

*Requirements/Qualifications:*
* Knowledge of extrusion blow molding, one-step molding, two-stage molding, reheat & blow (or blown molding of any sort) or injection molding processes and equipment is preferred.
* knowledge of Bekum, Uniloy, Aoki, Rocheleau, One Blow, Nissei or similar machinery and PET, HDPE or PVC resin, or glass are very helpful!
* Experience making adjustments to production equipment processes to change material distribution, weights, heights, and other physical properties/dimensions, parison, etc.
* Knowledge of mold change procedures [changover team, setup tech, process tech, super tech] and steps/methods for line changes
* We are also hiring for experience Blow Mold Machine Operators.

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor blow molding machines to ensure proper production of plastic products
- Perform quality inspections on finished products to meet industry standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the machines to minimize downtime
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and efficiency
- Maintain and clean equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance
- Document production data and report any deviations or abnormalities to supervisors
