* A Service Advisor is responsible for maintaining customer service through promoting customer satisfaction and assisting / advising customers in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Ex.
(_advising and selling appropriate tires, tire related services, and mechanical services and/or products necessary for the safe and efficient operation of the customer’s vehicle)_.

* Maintains a high standard of facility cleanliness and ensures the physical image of the work location is pristine.
*Requirements:*
* High school diploma or GED.
* Active and unrestricted in-state driver’s license.
* Reliable transportation to get to/from work each day.
* A proven history of successful sales experience.
* Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
* Strong telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
* Exceptional customer service skills and a highly motivated, dynamic personality.
